Due to our continued growth we are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team.

We are agents of commercial growth and have worked with over 250 companies, large and small including many well-known names/brands, to help them understand and improve their IT capability including programme management, architecture design, agile enablement, software engineering and AI. People turn to us for sound advice and assistance to solve complex problems.

The role;

  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Statutory accounts.
  • Variance analysis.
  • Weekly and Monthly cashflow forecasting.
  • Team management.
  • VAT returns.
  • Board reporting.
  • Monthly hive down of subsidiaries.
  • Annual R&D Tax claim.
  • EMI Share Scheme Management.
  • Overlooking Payroll.
  • Cost Management.
  • Supporting system transformation.
  • Actual v budget monitoring and reporting.

 

The Person;

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a technology business (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience working in a PE backed business.
  • Have experience dealing with investors.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
  • Experience of management accounts.
  • Team player – who can work collaboratively with the team.
