Due to our continued growth we are looking for a Front-End Developer to join our Professional Services team providing general technical development expertise to a wide range of our clients. You will work in an AGILE environment within a small squad, each squad is responsible for servicing a specific client or looking after specific products.

We are agents of commercial growth and have worked with over 250 companies, large and small, including many well-known names/brands, to help them understand and improve their IT capability. People turn to us for sound advice and assistance in solving complex problems.

The role

  • Developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions.
  • Working with high profile clients on their products.
  • Developing solutions to meet client requirements and demands.
  • Working with designers to achieve client vision for high profile retail sites, maintaining graphic standards and branding throughout the product’s interface(s).
  • Working on client website builds in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams and attending project meetings.



  • Experienced with JQuery, CSS, CSS flexbox, CSS Grid and JavaScript.
  • NodeJS / NPM / GULP.
  • SCSS / SCSS mixins, SCSS variables, SCSS functions, SCSS map experience
  • Responsive layouts / browser inconsistencies / media queries & non-media query approaches.
  • Have browser & web API knowledge e.g. fetch api, observers
  • GI experience.
  • Strong understanding of and aptitude for UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards (essential).
  • HTML 5 experience.
  • Have an awareness of issues around client-server software development, including scalability.
  • Experience of Handlebars.
  • Good understanding of Web Accessibility.
  • Understanding of layout aesthetics
  • Must have an in-depth understanding of the entire web development process.
  • Must be delivery focused with experience of using AGILE practices
  • Must have e-commerce experience (essential)
  • Proficient in high performance and high availability systems (advantageous)
  • Have previous experience diagnosing at all levels within systems e.g. Infrastructure, OS platform, Server platform and Application
