Intechnica helped us transform our Spar Retail Show to a digital experience – a huge step forward for our business. ECI

The Digital Blueprint has become a fundamental part of ECI’s investment Due Diligence process, as well as being widely recognised within the corporate finance community. The reports enable investment stakeholders to understand the technical capability of their asset and how its technology can be enhanced and aligned with the group strategy to maximise the value on exit.

Lewis Bantin, Partner
GCA Altium

In our experience Intechnica deliver real business value to the companies they assess and the processes they are involved with, rather than the usual risk mitigation and box ticking exercise that appears common in the industry.

Nick Edgar, Senior Director
LPG Leisure Pass Group

Intechnica provided LPG with an objective view of our core IT systems and recommended how best to utilise the technology to unify disparate systems and generate business value. We subsequently commissioned their team to help us with our transformation programme.

Our History

How many multi-million pound tech companies are started because people want to listen to music in a muddy field with their wellies on? We think we’re the only one.

Intechnica was founded in 2006 by Jeremy Gidlow and Andy Still. Following the implementation and optimisation of the system that successfully sold the tickets for Glastonbury 2005, they sought to meet the modern world’s demands for scalable technology.

They realised that for many businesses, technology ability and performance meant the difference between success and failure.

There are now more than 80 Intechnica employees and this number is expected to double in 2018.

With offices in the heart of Manchester, Intechnica is one of GP Bullhound’s fasted growing tech companies with headquarters in the North and benefits from having staff from across the world. Find out how Intechnica can help you.
