Dawn has over 30 years of experience working in software delivery with her key focus being on Programme Management and Product Delivery.

Her experience ranges across a number of sectors including retail, finance and engineering.

Dawn is a huge advocate of ensuring that everyone has a chance to grow and develop at their own pace and to never be afraid of failure.

Building teams and empowering others have always been front and centre of everything Dawn has done over the years; lending her experience to provide others with the ability to learn and grow.
