Jeremy Gidlow is Group CEO of Intechnica
Jeremy is the hands-on Group CEO and co-founder of Intechnica and Netacea, with 20 years’ experience in all aspects of technology spanning software development, hardware and networking.
Specialising in the alignment of business strategy with technical strategy, CTO selection and application performance, Jeremy successfully secured Intechnica’s seed investment in April 2017 and has since overseen the Group’s revenue grow year-on-year.
Jeremy now focuses on the strategic development of Intechnica and Netacea, leading the Group’s commercial efforts towards future growth.
Victoria Dimmick is the Group COO of Intechnica
Victoria specialises in the strategic development and growth of technology businesses, with previous roles including Chief Operating Officer at the world-leading software company Piriform, the makers of CCleaner, and corporate finance/M&A lawyer at Squire Patton Boggs.
In 2017, Victoria’s exceptional commercial knowledge of the lifecycle of tech businesses played a pivotal role in the successful sale of Piriform.
Victoria now brings her wealth of strategic, operational and corporate finance experience to the Group board. Working closely with the Group CEO in helping develop both the Intechnica and Netacea businesses, Victoria is making incremental strides driving the organisation to be effective and efficient, increasing value and decreasing risk.
Andy Still is CTO and Co-Founder of Intechnica
Andy is a pioneer of digital performance for online systems. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads the technical direction for Intechnica’s products and services, as well as providing consultancy and thought leadership to clients. Andy has authored several books on computing and web performance, application development and non-human web traffic.
Mike Gibbons is a Board Advisor
Mike Gibbons has a 30-year track record in providing software consultancy services to the telecommunications, mobile and associated industries. Previously, Mike has established, built and managed several leading-edge technology consulting companies throughout Europe. He was CEO of Mobica Ltd, building the company across four countries to over 800 development staff.
Will Clark is a Non-Executive Director
Joint Fund Manager for the £57.5m NPIF – a Mercia Equity Team which provides support building high-growth innovative companies, Will takes responsibility for the North-West Fund for Venture Capital and the Mezzanine portfolio. He has been working with venture capital-backed companies since 1989, with involvement in 150+ transactions and as 3i Director was accountable for £500m portfolio of investments across the UK.
Charles Sharland is a Non-Executive Director
Charles builds fast growing tech companies. 200-person global IT Security company Vistorm, which generated yearly revenues of £100m and was acquired by EDS, and 500 person £100m business AppSense, which was acquired by LanDesk (now Ivanti). His success has been recognised with two Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
Mark Hurley is Chairman of Intechnica’s Board
Mark’s career has predominantly been spent leading a range of successful high growth organisations. He has been Chairman at Maiesta/BioEDEN, Novolytics Limited and Origin Broadband Limited. Mark was also the founder of International Communications Limited and a Director and Shareholder of Spear Therapeutics Limited. He has held senior positions with several UK universities.
Tony Bolland is a Board Advisor
Tony is a tech entrepreneur and angel investor based in Manchester. With 25 years of experience in helping to build three ‘Times Tech-Track 100’ featured companies (Vistorm, AppSense and Avecto), he is well positioned to advise the Intehcnica leadership team on growth strategies, international sales and raising capital.
