Victoria is the Group COO of Intechnica. She is an experienced COO with a background in the strategic development and growth of technology businesses, having successfully helped lead the growth and ultimate sale of Piriform, a global high growth and world leading software company which created CCleaner, the world’s leading PC optimisation product. Victoria is a member of the Group board and has both a strategic and operational role, working closely with the Group CEO in relation to the strategic development of the group and leading the operations of Intechnica.
Prior to her role at Piriform, Victoria was a corporate finance/ M&A lawyer at Squire Patton Boggs, a leading US law firm, working closely with tech companies throughout their lifecycle. Victoria worked very closely with her tech clients, including Piriform, allowing her to springboard into the business and offer a different and compelling perspective into the journey of a tech business and the requirements of funders and acquirers having been part of a considerable number of journeys as an advisor, allowing Piriform to be comprehensively and successfully set up for funding/ exit.
Alastair Walmsley is Board Advisor
Alastair Walmsley is a Chartered Accountant who, after being Group Finance Director at UNO PLC, spent the last 18 years working with and advising early stage technology businesses. In 2004, he founded AWCL, which provides part-time CFO services for a portfolio of high-growth technology businesses. Alastair has advised 20 venture-backed businesses, companies seeking corporate finance transactions and has been involved in over 75 funding rounds.
Mike Gibbons advises Intechnica
Mike Gibbons, has a 30-year track record in providing software consultancy services to the telecommunications, mobile and associated industries. Previously, Mike has established, built and managed several leading-edge technology consulting companies throughout Europe. His most recent executive role was as CEO of Mobica Ltd, building the company across four countries to over 800 development staff.
Will Clark is a Non-Executive Director of Intechnica
Will has been a Fund Manager at Mercia Technologies PLC since 2011. He is joint Fund Manager for the £57.5m NPIF, a Mercia Equity Team which provides support with building high-growth innovative companies. He takes responsibility for the North-West Fund for Venture Capital and the Mezzanine portfolio. Will was previously a director at 3i, accountable for a £500m portfolio of investments across the UK. Will has been working with venture capital-backed companies since 1989, and has been involved in more than 150 transactions.
Charles Sharland is a Non-Executive member of the Board
Charles builds fast growing tech companies, including Vistorm, a 200-person global IT Security company which generated revenues of £100m per year and was acquired by EDS. Following that, he built AppSense, which became a 500 person £100m business prior to being acquired by LanDesk (now Ivanti). His success has been recognised with two Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
Mark Hurley is Chairman of Intechnica’s Board
Mark’s career has predominantly been spent leading a range of successful high growth organisations. He has been Chairman at Maiesta/BioEDEN, Novolytics Limited and Origin Broadband Limited. Mark was also the founder of International Communications Limited and a Director and Shareholder of Spear Therapeutics Limited. He has held senior positions with several UK universities.
Greig Fairweather is Chief People Officer
Greig is a hands-on commercial leader in the HR and talent space. He has worked across the fintech, martech, biotech and consulting sectors since 1999 and has a passion for all things related to people and HR. Greig has helped disruptive companies – who are on the journey from start-up, scale-up or in exit mode – achieve their growth and valuation numbers by recruiting, engaging and retaining outstanding talent.
Jeremy Gidlow is Group CEO of Intechnica
Jeremy has 19 years’ experience in all aspects of technology spanning software development, cloud platforms, hardware and networking. He has worked with leading companies such as Avis, Asos, Channel 4, GSK, William Hill and Sky.
David Walters is Director of AI at Intechnica.
David has been a CTO for 15 years and led many growth and scale up technology teams.
