Intechnica delivered IT Due Diligence to Bowmark Capital to support their investment in Xperience.
Xperience provides end-to-end digital solutions across a wide range of services, supporting over 800 small and medium-sized companies and employing more than 170 people. The business is delivering double-digit revenue and profit growth and has also completed the successful acquisitions of two complementary IT solutions businesses.
Xperience will use the partnership with Bowmark Capital to facilitate both organic and acquisitive growth, enabling rapid expansion of its services in high-demand areas such as Cybersecurity.
